After a brief stint in desk jobs, Jane’s love of food led her to study the culinary arts at the International Culinary Centre (NYC). Trained in the Daniel Boulud empire (NYC/ London) and stages at Michelin restaurants such as Annisa and Gramercy Tavern, she’s now flexing her culinary skills at Housebites and bellylondon (street food trader and supper club). Outside of the kitchen, Jane blogs, tweets, devours bacon and dabbles in writing.
