Street food: Behind the scenes

Every week, street food markets get into full swing serving quality lunches, desserts and drinks to hungry passers-by and food-fanatics. We’re only too accustomed to the final plate, but what of the prep that goes into getting this sought-after food to market? We went behind the scenes at one of KERB’s Saturday markets at King’s Cross in London, to find out how traders prepare.
